Good morning Cheryl, Thank you very much for organising our trip to Guilin last week. We really enjoyed our time with Sissie, she was the perfect tour guide and we wish her all the best for the future. Even though our plane from Hong Kong was two hours late and arrived at 10pm Sissie and the driver Mr Wong were there to meet us with a pleasant smile and good humour while taking us to our hotel. Sissie organised for us to be ready at 8.00am the next morning and took us on the Li River cruise which we all enjoyed (even the lunch on the boat!) We took many photos and videos and met interesting people from all parts of the world. Sissie was a great help when trying to communicate with shop assistants and other people selling souvenirs at the Reed Flute Cave and also at Elephant Hill Park. We all climbed to the top of Fubo Hill and enjoyed the view of Guilin and surrounding districts. Sissie then took us to lunch in a local restaurant where we enjoyed the meal and cold beer and warm Sprite (in Australia all the drinks are served cold – because the weather is mostly hot). Sissie’s attention to detail and timing was appreciated when we had to return to the airport 4 hours earlier than our schedule due to a change in flights and also her help in locating the correct people for our new tickets. Sissie&am, p;nb, sp;made sure we passed through immigration and customs safely before leaving us. We were all very sad to say goodbye to Sissie and would welcome her if she could ever come to Australia for a visit. Thanks Che, ryl again for your assistance and for arranging our trip. We had no problems with our communications and you explained everything in our many emails. Payment for the trip via Paypal worked very well and without problems. We will always recommend Chinahighlights to our friends who visit China. Once again many thanks to you and especially Sissie for the wonderful time we had in Guilin.
