Dear Victor Shu, As I am sure you are aware, it takes a fairly big problem before people can be bothered to write to the Director of a company to complain....so please take the following seriously.....as being bothered to send compliments when things go well - is even more rare! However Leon of China-highlights deserves some special recognition as his service is way above the level of any I have experienced .... from any travel company ... in any country (and I have used a lot)! His English is excellent, as is his efficiency, and his speedy and very helpful replies. His judgment and suggestions have always checked out and been great too. I have been corresponding with him for some months about some detailed and complex travel plans spread over 3months for 2 couples. In short he as an asset to your company, and I am sure that he should - and will - go far.
