Enjoying a unique trip in Guilin
As an international travel service in Guilin, our company has the honour of being the partner of Butterfield & Robbinson Company. Butterfield & Robbinson is a Canadian Tour Company which is famous for biking tour. The itinerary and service standard that the biking groups of this company require are quite different from others. It is our pleasure to be its partner company in Guilin. We also feel challenging. During last years, we kept working hard to try our best to offer every group of this company the best service.
This year we had a VIP group from Brazil in April. We offered extra service based on the standard.
Before the group came, we made a special itinerary just for it; based on the one Butterfield & Robbinson groups did in the past, because B&R pursues a goal that “we have what other people can not have”. We picked two biking routes from those just for B&R groups.
We offered the “easy flying” meeting and seeing off service at the airport and arranged a special luggage track. The local guide went to meet this group with the room keys of the hotel. The luggage was sent into the rooms before the guest arrived.
All the bikes were transported to the start of the bike ride in advanced and the mechanical man made the bikes ready. On arriving there the guests started biking.
A track and a van followed the group during the bike ride. The van was for carrying tools, medicine, cold soft drinks, fruit, snacks, cold towels. Whenever the guests wanted to stop they could have a pleasant rest.
We arranged a mechanical man who made bikes be in the best condition and fixed breakdowns. When people finished a bike ride, all the bikes were checked and cleaned.
We did something in advance at every step to avoid making the guests wait.
The local guide gave the guests comprehensive and interesting information during the bike ride, especially about the rural area of china so that the trip was more interesting.
When receiving the groups from Butterfield and Robbinson Company, we always offer the extra service before the guests require. It means that we should be more attentive and thoughtful. For us, they visit Guilin to spend their holiday like other tourists, but our service will make them find what they get is not a common trip.
